Who we are
Neighbours, not a portal
vanier.homes is an independent guide to Vanier made by a small local team at Neighbourhood Homes, which builds websites for homes for sale.
It is not a brokerage.
How we work- Every fact links to its source: the City of Ottawa's open data, the Ottawa Neighbourhood Study, OC Transpo, the school boards, Wikidata, Wikipedia and OpenStreetMap.
- Listing facts and prices come only from REALTOR.ca. Market statistics come from the Ottawa Real Estate Board, quoted with their date.
- Neighbourhood photos are free-licence images from Wikimedia Commons, credited where they appear and listed below.
- Distances are straight-line and say so. Time-sensitive facts such as transit openings, ward councillors and school catchments carry a date and a caveat.
